In the longstanding con tradition, One Last Time: A Reunion members are welcome to decorate their hotel room doors! We encourage you to express yourself in the best way possible. Represent your fandom. Honor a past attendee or a celebrity who is no longer with us. Create something interactive. Be silly. Be serious. Be creative. Whatever you come up with, have a good time doing it!

Con Comm will review all doors and present certificates of award for Best Theme, Best Memorial, Best Interactive, and more.

RULES

The first and foremost thing to remember: Don’t damage hotel property! Use low-tack tape (e.g. blue painter’s tape). No double-sided sticky tape, duct tape, or foam tape. We recommend covering your door with wrapping paper or a large disposable tablecloth — both can be found cheap at any dollar store. This makes for a great canvas! Once you have gift-wrapped your door, go crazy — but make sure nothing can bleed through (ink, paint, etc) that would damage the door beneath.

Keep your decorations family-friendly. No graphic images. Remember that there may be children present at the hotel.

Do not put anything on the walls. Again, we are trying to be careful not to cause damage.

Make sure not to block the flow of traffic in the hallways. We have to keep the corridors clear for the mobility devices that have become a part of fannish existence.

No flashing lights. Be aware that some people are sensitive to such things.

You are responsible for removing all decorations at the end of your stay. Please don’t leave it for the hotel staff.
