As of 12:00pm (noon) EDT today, Wednesday, April 9, 2025, One Last Time: A Reunion convention has closed registration for attending memberships. We will continue to accept Supporting memberships until May 15, 2025.

Additionally, from this point forward, we’re sorry, but in order to meet our contractual obligations to the host hotel, we will no longer be able to offer any refunds in the case of someone having to cancel their membership. Thank you to everyone who has bought a membership and helped support making the dream of One Last Time become a reality!

We are very pleased to let you all know that we have a total of 90 attending members! In just a few short weeks, we will all gather in Grand Rapids, MI, to honor and remember our friends and family and the wonderful times we shared, celebrating our collective love of all things media fandom.

Cost is $35. All Supporting members receive a packet including a badge and program book, to be mailed out after the convention.

Saturday evening’s festivities kick off with a Southern BBQ Buffet dinner for a special ticket price of $25 per person. Alternate meal options will be made available to anyone with dietary restrictions or preferring vegan.

Please remember that the Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Airport has a NO PETS policy, with the exception of documented Service Animals. Emotional Support Animals are excluded. If you travel with your pet, the hotel recommends staying at the neighboring Staybridge Suites. You will have to leave your pet there when attending con functions.
