The Convention Hotel
The Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Airport Hotel is located at 3063 Lake Eastbrook Blvd SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512. We chose to hold the convention here because it is closer to an international airport (GRR) and because of its proximity to members of the con comm. The hotel offers free airport shuttle and is located within moments from restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, and even FedEx.
For our convention, the hotel is providing a special rate of $123 + tax per night for both Queen Doubles (two Queen beds) and King rooms. Suites are $174 + tax per night. This rate covers anyone arriving as early as Thursday, May 22, and leaving as late as Tuesday, May 27.

Pet Policy
The Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Airport has a strict No Pets Policy. Service dogs are allowed with proper documentation but Emotional Support Animals are not. For anyone traveling with a fur baby, Holiday Inn recommends Staybridge Suites located 400 ft. from the host hotel.

Start your day with a visit to the breakfast buffet that is included with your room charge. Up to four people in a double room and two people in a king qualify for this perk. The buffet is in Grille 29, the hotel restaurant and bar.
Hotel Perks
All rooms come with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The hotel restaurant and bar, Grille 29, is located off the lobby. There is also an indoor pool and fitness center. Late checkout is available.
