Peter Cooper was a longtime friend and attendee of the Lansing convention. As stated in the FAQ, he would host an annual Ice Cream Social in the Party Suite where he would personally dish up treats for everyone who passed through the room. 

While Peter used to always hold his event on Sundays (sundaes…get it?), we have decided to do it on the first day of the convention as a means of catching up with one another. The Ice Cream Social is free to our members, a sweet gift from Con Comm to you, as thanks for joining us on this weekend.
